a clear framework for both serious golf and serious fun.
 

Membership in the Men’s 18-Hole Golf Club comes with exciting opportunities: a year-long calendar of
exclusive events, an officially recognized USGA/AGA handicap, a season-long points chase rewards program,
and the chance to participate in our hole-in-one prize pool.
 

Your Men’s 18-Hole Golf Club Board is here to keep communication open, ensure financial accountability,
uphold the Club By-laws, foster camaraderie among members, and partner with The Views Golf Club
management to maintain the highest standards of course conditions and playability.

Membership

 

Who Can Join
• Male amateur golfers
• Must be one of the following:
• SCOV resident with current SCOVCAI card
• Non-resident with valid 18-Hole Annual Membership at The Views Golf Club
• SCOVCAI employee who pays Club dues

 

Dues

• $40 annual fee
• Season: Nov 1, 2025 – Oct 31, 2026
• Renew online via The Views Golf Club website
• Renewal opens Oct 1
• Late fee: $25 after Nov 10

 

Refund Policy

• Dues are non-refundable
• Any request for special cases approved by the Board

 

Tournaments & Events

 

Season Totals

• 38 Club Events → 114 PP
• 7 BASH Lunches → 14 PP
• 5 Major Events → 35 PP

 

Event Fees
• Weekly Club Event: $5
• BASH Lunch: $10
• 50/50 Raffle: $20 for 5 tickets / $5 for 1 ticket

 

Points Breakdown
• 2 PP – BASH Lunch & Meeting
• 3 PP – Weekly Club Event
• 7 PP – Major Event
• 10 PP – Board/Committee position

 

Points Race Payouts
• Funded by annual dues
• 1 raffle ticket per 10 PP earned
• 5 winners → $200 each (max 1 prize per member)

 

Hole-in-One Prize Pool
• $10 buy-in (optional)
• Only valid at The Views Golf Club
• Split equally among qualifiers
• Club seeds 2026 pool with $250

• GHIN/AGA account (dues + post outside rounds)

Handicap Posting
• Post all individual scores – league and non-league
• Don’t Post: scrambles, one-club events
• Missed posting → lowest recorded score assigned

 

Conduct
• Repair ball marks & divots
• Respect fellow players & staff
• Violations = penalties, suspension, or expulsion
